Training in accordance with the Resuscitation Council (UK) Guidelines 2021, includes protocols for child and Infant.

The cost of this course when run at your premises for a group of up to 12 students please call us for a quote. Individual costs are £70.00(No VAT) per person.  This includes a manual for each student and certification.

All aspects of our course are ideal for a dental setting, focusing on the scenarios you are most likely to encounter; these include; CPR Techniques for Adults and Children Participants learn and practice effective CPR techniques on manikins, covering adults, children, and infants. This includes understanding the correct compression depth and rate to deliver life-saving chest compressions. Defibrillator (AED) Training You'll receive hands-on experience using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), which restores the heart's normal rhythm during cardiac arrest. The training ensures you can operate an AED confidently and correctly. Managing Medical Emergencies in Dental Practices Dental teams are taught how to assess and respond to common medical emergencies in a clinical setting, from anaphylaxis to fainting. The Recovery Position Knowing how to place a patient in the recovery position can be critical for their safety while awaiting emergency services. This practical element is especially relevant for unconscious patients. Incident Management Participants learn to assess situations, communicate effectively with team members, and manage the environment during a medical emergency to ensure patient safety.
